    Three story 108,000 square foot administrative office building designed for Suncoast Credit Union that contains collaborative training areas, an auditorium and flexible work environments.  In response to SCU’s commitment to sustainability, the facility was designed to include high performance curtain wall systems, photovoltaic panels, access flooring systems and automated lighting control.
