Veterans Memorial Park

  Description

  The Hillsborough County Veterans Memorial Park and Museum is located south of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at 3602 U.S. Highway N. Tampa, Florida.  The 14 acre park includes war memorials for Vietnam, Korea and Iraq along with memorials for “Fallen Heroes” and Committed Forces”.

  Completed in 2017, the new 8,300 square foot Veterans Recourse Center and Museum was designed to provide Veterans from all branches of the Armed Services access to a variety of programs and benefits. The facility also includes a multi-purpose space for community meetings and events.  The building’s front façade incorporates a graphic screen that reflects decorations and ribbons given to members of the military for distinguished service to the Country.

  The project was master planned to allow for the future expansion of the museum component of the facility.
