    Additions and renovations to Zephyrhills High School for the School District of Pasco County.  The project includes a new two story classroom building with 425 additional student stations, two teacher planning suites, adult and student restrooms.   The new addition served as a swing space while the occupied campus got renovated in three separate phases over a 30 month schedule. The renovation was a complete infrastructure modernization that includes security and safety upgrades, an expanded dining facility, a new administrative suite, and a remodeled media center.  The renovated facility includes all the modern features similar to a new high school facility.  The overall project was cost $34,000,000.00.
