  Description

  Additions and complete renovation to a 150,000 square foot international baccalaureate high school located in Pasco County, Florida.  The overall project cost was $30,000,000.00.  The multi-phased construction was implemented over 28 month period on an occupied campus.  After completion, the school received an additional 500 student stations, MEP and life safety infrastructure replacement, improved security, active learning environments, and an expanded student dining center. Construction was completed in the fall of 2019.
