  Description

  The new 34,168 SF elementary school for Carrollwood Day School features classroom suites organized around a central courtyard, and includes a dining/multipurpose room, art, music, and foreign language laboratories, a media center, and Maker Lab.The Maker Lab serves as the hub for STEEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Mathematics) activities.

  The project was preceded by developing a campus master plan to accommodate projected growth, an existing facilities space utilization study, space planning and programming, building code and life safety compliance review, and vehicular traffic/parking study,
